Payrolling & Back Office Services

Employer of Record

ClearPath hires your contract placements as our own W-2 employees. As Employer of Record, we process payroll, pay the correct taxes, provide benefits, and meet all statutory and client required insurances including workers compensation, general liability, and errors & omissions coverage.

Agent of Record

We can also manage your 1099 Independent Contractors or Corp-to-Corps, and using ICQ (Independent Contractor Qualification), our proven online evaluation tool, ensures your independent contractor placements meet IRS and individual state compliance regulations.
